There’s NOTHING we over at WTWTW love more than a good Halloween themed Elopement! The Addams Family is a MUST see every Halloween for our family, along with a few others, so bringing this vision to life was a DREAM for my little artist’s heart.

I have always adored the love shared between Gomez and Morticia Addams. They are so gruesome and creepy and either completely unaware or just flat out unconcerned about how others may view them. One day I had a couple I had worked with before say you know, I would really love to plan my wedding around Morticia and Gomez and what their day might have looked like when they married. Umm, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!

It didn’t hurt at all that Halloween was right around the corner so I got to work calling all of my favorite vendors that I KNEW could pull this off the right way and we got busy.

Ahhh that iconic Morticia gown! I had SO much fun creating this dress. The fabric was perfect for stretching and hugging her hips with that dramatic flare at the bottom. The sleeves are in my honest opinion what make the entire gown!

And of COURSE we couldn’t forget about Gomez and his fun fancy suits he wears around the mansion and his love of cigars. Boy that cigar sure did smell good!
